Grammar Monster's Big Test
This is a timed test with three sections: spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Each section has six questions.- The Spelling Section. This section tests you on easily confused words (e.g., "effect" and "affect", "principal" and "principle") or classic spelling questions (e.g., "accommodation" or "accomodation"?).
- The Grammar Section. This section tests whether you know the parts of speech (e.g., nouns, verbs) and other grammatical terms (e.g., relative clause, adjective phrase).
- The Punctuation Section. This section tests your accuracy with punctuation (e.g., positioning apostrophes, using commas).
- Click on a black square to reveal a question.
- Answer the question correctly to score points. (The number of points you score is determined by how quickly you answer.)

- You can review your answers at any point (including at the end of the test), and there are links to the related lessons on Grammar Monster.
