Many historians believe that the Scottish Hero portrayed by Mel Gibson in 'Braveheart', William
Wallace was born in 1270 AD. In his life time a law was written that if you are a citizen of York and are inside the city Walls, you
may shoot any Scotsman you see with a bow and arrow. Although this law has not being repealed, neither my sister nor brother, whom are both lawyers, believe a Defence, based on this, would stand up in Court. So lets put the record straight, you can not ever kill a Scotsman legally.
